010 - Bruce Lee - “Be water, my friend.”
“Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”
Bruce Lee（1940–1973），武术家、哲学家、电影人。他活了不到 33 年，却用这个时间完成了三件事：重新定义了武术、改变了亚洲人在好莱坞的形象、留下了一套跨越领域的应用哲学——截拳道不是一套功夫，是一种思考方式。
他的核心信念：不要固守任何形式。水没有形状，所以它能适应一切。人也一样。

1971 年，Bruce Lee 在 Pierre Berton 的电视访谈中说出了这段话。背景很简单：他被问到如何看待武术中的流派和传统。他的回答越过了武术，直接指向了人生的底层逻辑。
“Be water” 不是比喻——它是操作指南。

- 放弃固定的自我定义 —— 你把自己定义成”拳师”，就只能用拳头。你把自己定义成”某种人”，就只能按那种人的剧本活。水没有标签，所以水什么都可以是。
- 适应，不是妥协 —— 水进入杯子成为杯子的形状，不是因为它软弱，是因为它理解容器的边界。真正的适应是从”看清现实”开始的，不是从”放弃自己”开始的。
- 能流动，也能冲击 —— 水可以安静地绕过石头，也可以积蓄力量冲垮大坝。柔不是弱，刚不是莽。关键是：什么时候用哪种形态，由你决定，不由惯性决定。
- 实用主义的内核 —— Lee 后来把这个思想总结为”Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is essentially your own.” 没有永恒的正确答案，只有此刻有效的选择。你不需要忠于某个体系，你需要忠于自己的判断。
